Play viking for you. The original photo by Eirian-stock
Step1: Choose the Desaturate from the Image menu > Adjustments. The image will lose the colour value and turn to black and white.
Step3: The background is now made up of sections of black, but some grey areas are distracting. Select the background layer and use the Clone stamp with a size of copy areas of black and place them over the grey sections. Hold down Alt key from keyboard and click to sample an area, then release Alt key and click-and-drag on the part you want to change.
Step4: The last step in the process is to add more contrast to the picture. Using Unsharp Mask filter, you can increase the contrast of hairy lines and edges. Go to Filter > Sharpen > Unsharp Mask and use setting of around 150%, 0.6 pixels and 3 levels. Click OK to confirm the changes.
This is the final look of old viking man! Have fun!
